Elabscience Points Terms and Conditions

1.  Elabscience points can only be exchanged for available rewards or order amount. Elabscience reserves the right to amend this list at any time without notice.

2.  For delivery time, please see individual rewards.

3.  In the unlikely event of a reward not being available, Elabscience reserves the right to: Ask you to choose an alternative gift, available for the same number of Elabscience points or to return your Elabscience points.

4.  Points are allocated to your Elabscience account. Your account is linked to your email address – please keep your email address updated.

5.  Elabscience does not accept liability for lost Elabscience points or rewards.

6. In the case of termination, you will have 90 days from the notice date of programme termination to exchange any Elabscience points as per the terms and conditions of the Programme. Unless specified otherwise, no additional Elabscience points will be able to be accrued during this Termination period. Elabscience will reasonably endeavor to communicate to all members the termination period, however we will not be responsible for failing to notify any individual regardless of the reason.

7.  Each Elabscience points has a cash equivalent of $0.01

8.  It is the sole responsibility of the account holder to ensure that the collection and redemption of Elabscience points does not contravene their contract of employment or any local laws regarding sales promotion or sales incentive schemes.

9.  An individual can join the Programme once only. An individual maintaining multiple accounts can be removed from the Programme, at the sole discretion of Elabscience.

10. As a member you agree to provide only true and accurate information to the Elabscience Loyalty Programme (including its advertisers and partners) at all times.

11. By enrolling in or using the Elabscience Loyalty Programme you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and that your membership in the Programme will conform to them.

12. Unless otherwise specifically notified, Elabscience points can only be earned via the Elabscience web site and through following all instructions regarding earning Elabscience points. An individual's failure to correctly follow any required instructions or procedures may result in no Elabscience points being earned, for which the account holder will have no recourse against Elabscience or any participating companies.

13. If Elabscience points are earned as a result of purchasing product(s) from Elabscience, Elabscience reserves the right to withdraw the allocation of the earned Elabscience points to the individual's account, if payment for the purchased product(s) does not meet Elabscience's terms and conditions of purchase and payment. You will not hold Elabscience responsible for the non-collection of any monies due in relation to your Elabscience points and the subsequent removal of Elabscience points from your account for this reason.

14. You are responsible for assessing any tax implications that may arise through collecting and/or exchanging Elabscience points and for the payment of any said taxes.

15. For authorisation and redemption purposes, you will be required to identify yourself through your email address and password. For the avoidance of doubt, any individual login with a correct username and password will have full access to that account, and it is the sole responsibility of the account holder to ensure that this information is not made available to unauthorised individuals.

16. The sale or barter of Elabscience points is strictly prohibited by Elabscience.

17. Elabscience 's privacy policy applies.

18. The Elabscience Loyalty Programme is being offered to individuals "as is" with no warranty to the maximum extent as permitted by the law. Elabscience disclaims any representation and warranties, express or implied, with respect to the programme, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose.

19. We may from time to time adjust your Elabscience points upwards or downwards in respect to accounting errors, non-payment, multiple accounts, refunds issued, products returned or suspected fraud, for which we have full authority.

20. An individual's participation and acceptance into the Elabscience Loyalty Programme is subject to these terms and conditions and participation may be refused at the sole discretion of Elabscience without recourse. Any fraud or abuse of the system will result in the immediate termination of that account and total forfeit of any Elabscience points accrued.

21. All questions or dispute regarding the Elabscience Loyalty Programme, including without limitation, questions regarding participation and eligibility must be submitted in writing within 90 days of the query where applicable, to Elabscience. Any such dispute will be resolved by Elabscience at their sole discretion. All interpretations of these terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Elabscience. In the event of an error by Elabscience your sole recourse will be the crediting of any disputed Elabscience points.

22. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws and jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect. Elabscience 's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any condition shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as forming a partnership or joint venture either with individuals enrolled in the Elabscience Loyalty Programme. No third party company will have the right or ability to create any obligation on Elabscience 's behalf. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Elabscience in regards to the Elabscience Loyalty Programme.
